At Bikini Chic Shop, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do! While our styles are designed to flatter every figure, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return is needed. Our policy is as flexible as our high-cut bikinis – designed to give you confidence both on and off the beach.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or swimwear that has been worn
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Cut Out styles, Mesh swimwear, or Push Up tops unless defective
Beach-Ready Tip!
Try on swimwear over your underwear to maintain hygiene while checking the fit. Our styles run true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort!
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below)
- Package Your Items: Include the original packing slip and securely package the unworn items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

International Returns
For our international glamour girls (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take additional time to reflect in your account
